iGaming Platform: Faster Regression Across 20+ Sites
Quality Assurance, Regression Testing

Challenge
One platform powered more than twenty sites, so every change had to be verified across all of them. Manual regression could not keep up with the release schedule, and defects that slipped through hit revenue directly.
The sites shared a core but differed in branding, configuration, payment options and content. A change that looked safe on one brand could break a deposit flow on another. Checking every site by hand took far longer than the release cycle allowed, so the team kept choosing between delaying releases and shipping with partial coverage.
In iGaming those gaps are expensive. A broken deposit, withdrawal or balance update stops players from playing and fills the support queue within minutes.
Solution
We built a shared automated regression suite that runs across all sites from one pipeline, with per-brand configuration, and prioritised the flows that carry payments and player balance.
Designed one suite for the shared platform, with brand-specific differences kept in configuration instead of copies of the tests.
Automated the revenue-critical flows first: registration, login, deposits, withdrawals and balance updates.
Integrated the suite into CI/CD, so the whole portfolio is checked from a single pipeline run.
Set up reporting per brand, so a failure points straight to the site and the flow affected.
Results
Regression across the whole portfolio runs from a single suite instead of repeated manual passes, and revenue-critical flows are checked on every release.
Launching a new site means adding configuration, not building and maintaining another test suite.
Releases no longer wait for manual checks on every brand.
Manual QA time goes to new features and brand-specific changes instead of repeating the same checks.
